Collecting your order
Where is the Collection Drive Thru located?
Entry to the Coles Loading dock can be accessed via Taylor Street. Read more to view an image map of the entry to the collections area.
When can I collect via Drive Thru?
Order collection will be available at any time between 10am and 11am on confirmed date.
Do I need to get out of the car upon collection?
No, we ask that customers remain in their car to collect goods.

Cancellation and Refund
How do I cancel the order?

How are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed once an order that you have requested to be cancelled or refunded has been approved by the retailer. Refunds may take up to 5 days before they appear back on your Credit Card statements.

What hygiene measures are implemented?
All staff will be wearing gloves and the storage units and service areas will be sanitised regularly.
Can I pay on the spot?
No cash will exchange hands. Customers must prepay with the traders prior to collecting their goods.
